How to stop cravings
If you mentally think that you should definitely do it and you have no other choice only then do it , If not, then don't unecesarily try doing it because as a result you will put on more junk inside your system which you don't want .Generally you have many possible ways to come out of this and many of them succeeded so let's know how to stop cravings

Generally we all know unhealthy foods are not good for us in the long run, So we need to convince our soul which is the most important thing and then it's easy to do it.
1.Try to have alternatives for them instead of eating burger turn to a salad . search heathy food alternatives for junk . This can save you for some extent and slowly you get habituated to them and it becomes your routine
2.Drink enough water according to your body scale and it actually has many uses it hydrates your skin and makes your system clean inside and it is the first step in actually "U" turning your lifestyle
3.Keep yourself busy when you crave the most concentrate on your work generally if we are on our work we know it's important so we try to get the work done first so you can skip the carving at that particular time
4.Play games go out and play games with your friends this gives you a better feeling and takes you far from your cravings world and when you are in game you completely think about your game so you don't get all those thoughts but if you are home then surely you can't resist yourself someday or other you will have it. So make it your routine and play games
5.Try avoiding seeing them again and again it's not friends for you to see again and again it feels like no problem let's take a small bite then the small bite goes for another and then you complete the whole thing which is again a problem so no problem is not a solution
6.Don't discuss them unecesarily Read books you will eventually get some knowledge and improve your skills so having a good read for a good amount of time helps, so you won't get anything by discussing that except you will want to have them and you might get to the starting point allover again after so much of effort
7.Have a timetable set for you having more regular meals try to eat less everytime and increase the number of meals this gives you a feel that your stomach is full and you will not have any sense of feeling hungry which keeps us far from cravings and that is what we all want
8.Excersize and yoga by doing anyform of excersize and by doing yoga you actually get hold of your body slowly this can make you keep yourself maintain enough distance from cravings and it makes your thoughts positive as well and change you as a person completely
9.Sleep early and wake up early this must happen no matter what because we all binge watch at night so there must be enough junk for us to binge watch do if we skip binge watching at night you skip all the junk anyways
10.Go for a walk with your pet going for a walk with our pet might make us feel better and spending time with them will not allow our mind to think about cravings
11.Dont get tempted when you go shop for groceries don't unesssaarily buy them you know you cannot have them anymore, so try to avoid that section and shop what all you need and move out ASAP
12.Protien bars you try having them it's okay but check the ingredients list and selcet your protien bars because you should not have sugars so try to get protien bars without no processed sugar or any unhealthy ingredient
Eat healthy you'll feel allot better and you'lll change anyhow if you follow these but most importantly ,try to convience your mind because you have no other choice and once you get rid of cravings you will have a wonderful lifestyle change
