How to overcome breakup

Every person has highs and lows in thier lives and breakup is such a dark phase in our life where we don't know what to do, can we get over them , can we get together again , many mixed thoughts mixed emotions run through our head. But if you know that you can't be together anymore then, though you love them , wish their happiness ,then you should live without them. When two people are together you get habituated to each other .But when times comes you can't leave them or stop loving them either But still you also have a life . Move on it is easier said than done but trust me ones you get over them life is beautiful as ever. You can actually grow in your career , you know who are important to you , you know your strengths and weakness. You'll know who cares you 

Don't try to make any stupid descisions and then later on regret them ,So take some time to process the whole thing , you can't digest it . initially but still you have to. Delete thier contact (atleast for few days) and stop texting them.
Take social media detox . Don't use social media for a while and try to figure out what you gonna do about it . Use this time go to a new place enjoy nature .Believe me nature is the best healer you will ever find  so just go out , enjoy nature and go for treking or do any adventures visit new places meet new people, talk to them . Rather sitting in the same room filled with their thoughts make you get a thousand time worse  so just get out and live life like there's no another Try doing something which gives you happiness no matter how silly it might be , just do it . Try painting or do some kind or art work ,learn scuba diving or go for a tour you might miss them but make yourself so busy that you don't have time to think about them. Don't turn back and see just go forward and then you will not have any need to turn back also :-)Use this time to connect to your old friends talk to them call them over, cook for them discuss school life, fun things , goodays and you will find so much change and feel so better , explore in food , tryout new things that you have never done , chill and you will become the best version of yourself. Start using your skills and improve your career , focus on your work , do it as hard as you can , work productively and you will succeed in your career definetly someday Have a pet if you like animals .You will be so happy the amount of love you recieve , that care you can't even get that so easily .Try spending your holidays with your pets, go for a walk with them ,play with them , shop for them it will be your pathner , companion whatever Dont read minds of people that they might think this about you or that .You have nothing to do about what they think you just move on,  get your work done , meet your friends ,chill and comeback home , you will have your friend waiting for you (your pet) if you are not an animal person then try growing plants it takes off your stress and give a pleasant feeling You should try changing your lifestyle if it's not healthy try to have a healthy Lifestyle by eating greens and fruits ,drink pleanty of water and donot diet unnecessarily ,try doing excersize make it your daily routine do cardio or Pilates any form of excersize helps you get get control over mind and your body so you will get over in a very short period of span and move on with your life 

Most importantly make peace with yourself and though you are gonna be friends with your ex or not take some time think and take descision bringing back them into your life again as friends maynot be best option for some people and you will make million things wrong so instead of regretting then think wisely and take a step 

You will eventually become normal and if you need help then don't overthink and make things worse get help because all people aren't same some are emotional some can tackle this and some can't so don't hesitate in getting help.and I hope you get an amazing person as you are in the days to come .
