How to avoid social media

Have you ever felt like checking messages from social media ? Any new posts of our friends or any stories which they might be Sharing ?It happens right? You get to have everything in these apps entertainment, fun and many more so we eventually end up using them more and more that, they become part in our lives.

Nowadays people are up all night on social media and snooze through reality . It's common if you feel you are paying more attention to that but it's fine we all are on it . It had become more like a drug and people got addicted to them seriously and nevertheless I was an addict ones and now due to some effects I am far from it since 20 days and counting I had peace ever since . 

Cutting of all these excess information from social media actually relieves our mind and Its way too information that we don't even realise how much time we spent on it and suddenly when you see clock it's 2 hours,time just flews away and  every thing is interconnected  in the sense if you watch an actor's profile you get to see something else so you leave this page and go there and then it happens infinite number of times.

 You are also in this mess actually we all are . Some people realise it earlier and they try to avoid them and many don't avoid them till  the last and suffer all in once .suffer in the sense paying more attention and prioritising that have its own drawbacks like you might have an exam and you end up not writing well ,these small things brings huge change which is definitely not fine .So here are some tips which might help you so let's get started

1. It's all in your mind if you manage to set your priorities you're cool to go. You know what is more important to you so by giving time for what i is important actually helps.

2.Try to take a social media detox for that period for example you have exams and you are getting distracted then simple deactivate your account and after exams log in 

4 . study time or work time must be strictly dedicated for them only there must be no space to procrastinating work or studies for social media 

5. Learn something new for instance try to learn cooking new dishes and baking cookies it's fun at the same time you get what you want 

6 inculcate new hobbies these might help better in actually drawing more attention so you need not worry about your social media distraction 

7. If you don't want to get distracted by a particular person on social media but you are getting distracted then get yourself clear. It's the only best solution

8. Try to off your notifications every time you hear that sound your hands involuntarily open that which we all know so try to maximum off your notifications 

9 spending quality time with your friends and family can also save you from social media distractions

10.Delete your social media apps nowadays everything is readily available on apps already you have  your account on your app so when you delete it you have to go to web page and then open it and use which we might feel is lot of headache and might not open it 

Try to use these tips to get yourself distracted from social media and also from any unnecessary junk . But once try to take a detox from social media and just be for 2 days then you will automatically know that how important it is to you . Don't try to prioritise social media unless you are earning bucks out of it .There is much more life outside it .I hope you eventually find your own ways of handling this situation
